About Ben Broadhead

Welcome to my site, I’m Ben Broadhead, a mobile personal trainer from Berkshire. I specialise in kettle bells, suspension fitness (TRX) and pad work/box fit. Having this variety of skills and equipment allows me to train clients with new and fresh approaches. 

I believe that a positive atmosphere can massively influence a person’s relationship with exercise and even improve their performance. Therefore, I do everything in my control to make training enjoyable and something that clients can look forward to. My approach is compassionate and understanding, however I know when to push someone. 

Watching clients reach their goals and grow in confidence gives me a real buzz. I take pride in going the extra mile to ensure success for clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based? I am based in Maidenhead and operate in the surrounding areas including Marlow, Beaconsfield, Cookham and Wycombe.

Where do you train clients? I tend to train clients in their homes or gardens however I’m open to training in parks and other outdoor spaces.

How much do your charge? My sessions are £40 per hour or £35 if you book a block of 10. My initial consultation and trial session are free of charge.

What demographic do your target? My clientele is very diverse with varying ages and fitness levels. I tailor my sessions to suit the individual. Having said this I would refer someone who is out of my scope of practice such as a pregnant lady who would be in better hands with a pre and post natal training specialist.

A comprehensive health assessment will be carried out which includes height and weight measurements, resting heart rate, blood pressure and body composition.

I will share health tips with clients and recommend certain foods to meet your diet that will generally benefit your health.
