Welcome to my site, I’m Ben Broadhead, a mobile personal trainer from Berkshire. I specialise in kettle bells, suspension fitness (TRX) and pad work/box fit. Having this variety of skills and equipment allows me to train clients with new and fresh approaches.
I believe that a positive atmosphere can massively influence a person’s relationship with exercise and even improve their performance. Therefore, I do everything in my control to make training enjoyable and something that clients can look forward to. My approach is compassionate and understanding, however I know when to push someone.
Watching clients reach their goals and grow in confidence gives me a real buzz. I take pride in going the extra mile to ensure success for clients.
